How to use our bingo caller

Our bingo caller is your ultimate tool for hosting smooth and enjoyable in-person games with printed bingo cards. Designed to work seamlessly with our custom card generator, it eliminates the need for printed caller cards and ensures every game runs effortlessly.

Step 1: Create and print your bingo cards

  1. Access the card generator: Use our platform to create custom bingo cards tailored to your game.
  2. Customize the design: Add themes, colors, or logos to suit your event.
  3. Print your cards: Print the cards for in-person games to ensure each player has their unique card during the session.

Step 2: Set up the dynamic bingo caller

  1. Launch the caller: After printing your cards, select the option to use our dynamic bingo caller from the tabs at the top. From your my cards area in your dashboard, you can also get quick access to the caller via the "My calls" link.make calls menu screenshot
  2. Sync with your custom cards: The caller automatically integrates with your card design, ensuring calls match the unique elements of your game.
  3. Adjust your settings: Select the settings icon in the top right to adjust your game settings.settings icon screenshot
  4. Choose call mode:
    • Manual mode: Call numbers at your pace.
    • Automatic mode: Set an interval for the system to manage calls.
  5. Select a pre-call chime: Pick from 13 attention-grabbing sounds to announce each call.
  6. Enable audible calls: For traditional cards, numbers are read aloud with entertaining bingo slang, keeping the energy high.
  7. Display winning patterns: Choose from preset patterns or create custom designs to show players the goal for each game.
  8. Customize your caller's look: In the styles tab, adjust accent colors and backgrounds to match your event theme.

Step 3: Manage your game

  • Track winners: Log winners’ names directly in the caller and display them to all players.
  • Switch patterns or settings: Adjust the game setup mid-play without restarting.
  • Use presentation mode: Share the caller on a large screen for players, while keeping controls on your private screen for seamless management.

Additional options: traditional callers

For those who prefer a classic approach, we’ve also released free bingo callers for 30, 75, 80, and 90-ball games. These are perfect for casual play and come equipped with full-screen boards, customizable patterns, and more.
