How to get custom cards delivered

After you've signed up and created your bingo cards, you'll be taken to the print page as usual. However, you will now see a delivery tab at the top of the page. Select that and then continue with the guide below.

Step-by-step guide

After you've navigated to the delivery tab, you will now see a form you can fill in to configure your cards.

1. Choose your shipping address: Provide accurate shipping details to ensure timely delivery.
2. Choose your card thickness:
   • 250gsm: Light and easy to handle.
   • 350gsm: Sturdy and versatile for regular use.
   • 400gsm: Premium feel, ideal for professional events.
3. Select your card size:
   • A5: Compact and portable.
   • A4: Standard size, balancing readability and convenience.
   • Letter: Ample space for larger fonts and designs.
4. Pick a finish:
   • Gloss: Shiny and vibrant.
   • Matte: Subtle and elegant.
5. Choose card quantity: You can order a minimum of 20 cards, and up to a maximum of 1,000 cards.
6. Select add-ons
   • Caller card: A card you can cut up for the host to call out numbers or prompts, ensuring everyone stays on the same page.
   • Numbers: Add sequential numbers to each card.
   • Human bingo: Adds a space at the bottom of each square for users to write in, perfect for games like icebreaker bingo.
   • Image captions: Optionally show your image captions (if you added captions to images when creating the card)
   • Limit font size: Restricts the maximum font size for text on the card. This can be used to create a more uniform look for text size.
7.  Place your order: Check the price quote, and the select checkout to head over to the checkout page where you can complete your purchase using our secure payment gateway.

On all template pages in our bingo card template gallery, you will now see the option to choose to have cards printed and delivered rather than going through the normal flow of editing the cards and printing at home. This option is perfect for users who like the templates as is and do not want to sign up.

Delivery information

Delivery times can vary significantly depending on the state and country. We recommend checking the options displayed at checkout. Our slowest delivery time is 5-7 business days, but we usually offer expedited delivery in 1-2 days. For all orders, please allow 2-3 days for production in addition to the delivery times.

Packaging details

Cards are securely packaged in a sturdy box or an envelope with cardboard backing to prevent shipping damage.
